Our Made to Order and Bespoke services offer this in varying degrees, from alterations in the metal colour to bringing a full custom design to life, but which service is right for you?

HOW DO THEY DIFFER?
Made to Order is for anyone who loves our existing designs and wants the opportunity to customise them. Our Bespoke service is for anyone who wants to create a design that doesn’t already exist, or who wants to see multiple variations of a design.
The primary difference between Made to Order and Bespoke is the six design drawings we create for you. These are necessary when creating a Bespoke design to help refine different elements such as the stone placement or band design, but wouldn’t be needed if you have already found your perfect ring in our core collection.

Here’s a breakdown of the steps that are shared by our Made to Order and Bespoke services, which are the same for engagement rings, wedding rings and fine jewellery.
TIMINGS
Other than our Ready to Ship designs, we craft every piece to order regardless of whether they’re from our Made to Order collections or a full bespoke piece. This is to allow for any customisations our clients wish to make. Here’s how long you can expect this to take:

MADE TO ORDER CUSTOMISATIONS

ADDITIONAL COSTS
There is no fee for customising our Made to Order designs. Any increased costs are reflective of the additional materials used e.g. new side stones, a larger centre stone, etc.
For our Bespoke service, there is a £300 upfront design fee, which is redeemable against the final cost of your ring.

PRICING
All of our Made to Order and Bespoke designs are priced on a piece-by-piece basis as this is predominantly affected by the choice of centre stone. We will always work to a budget you set and never push you to exceed this unless you request to view options at a higher price point.
