DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For domestic orders, we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which is a tracked, signed-for, insured, next day delivery service. For pieces that are in stock, we aim to ship them within 3 working days of your order.
Our made-to-order pieces can take anywhere from 6-14 weeks to create and we will contact you when they are finished and ready for either collection or shipping.
We can also arrange for courier delivery if you are based in London for an extra cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - EU, USA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
For customers based in the EU, USA, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown whilst browsing our website automatically exclude UK VAT. Duties, taxes and shipping costs are then calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. This means there are no unexpected customs charges or surprise import fees upon your order’s arrival.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - REST OF WORLD
We offer shipping to most international destinations. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions regarding available shipping methods and/or prices. We usually ship via DHL for international orders, but please let us know if you would like to discuss alternatives.
Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they have been made to the client’s exact specifications.
Please also note that made-to-order pieces from our collections, including rings or jewellery not held in stock and specially produced for a customer upon purchase, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and if you experience any issues with your piece, we are always happy to review and resolve matters wherever possible on a case by case basis.
Jewellery purchased from our in-stock collection (“Ready to Ship” rings or fine jewellery held in stock) may be exchanged for another piece from our collection or credited towards another purchase. Pieces must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging, including any accompanying stone certificates.
Please note we are unable to exchange any jewellery that has been resized or engraved.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or credit on earrings.
